SurfaceID follows a feedback loop of design, testing, analyzing and revising, an iterative process where each new prototype reveals new opportunities and problems to explore. This process validates your design and verifies that your product meets expected product performance, functionality, certification standards and aesthetics before making any costly manufacturing commitments.
Short tun pilot project, low-run products and Proof-of-concept.
In addition to our phase of research and development (R&D), we offer light manufacturing services within our Montreal facility to produce short-run pilot projects, low-run products and full-scale proof-of- concept models in-house.
SurfaceID’s facility includes 3D printing technology, CNC prototyping, polyurethane molds, vacuum casting and more. We are continually expanding our services to align with the most up-to-date manufacturing technology.
Certifying Industry-Wide Safety Standards
We are qualified to provide your product an Underwriter Laboratories (UL) Certification, to ensure that your product meets industry-wide safety standards. In addition, our product development team put our products through rigorous testing to ensure that they meet the CSA approval standards.
