Ambio’s wireless connectors automatically send the readings to the Ambio Care Portal where users can track their health, compare their readings against predefined thresholds, and view a detailed record of their data.

This device makes relaying information easy to transmit to a physician or any other qualified health personnel, from the comfort of the patient’s home.
